Please bring photo ID (not on your phone), and check in 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete registration paperwork. In addition to providing all of the countries IN ORDER of travel arrival when you make your appointment, please bring a printed itinerary and printed immunization record, if available, to your appointment.
Foreign travel immunizations are offered at our Mid-County, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on an appointment-only basis.
Travel immunizations are not offered at other DOH-Pinellas locations. There are other clinics in the Tampa Bay area that are not part affiliated with the Florida Department of Health that also administer travel vaccines.
The DOH-Pinellas foreign travel nurse offers in-person consultations regarding immunizations for a fee of $50 per person. The consultation and the fee are not optional and is in addition to the price of any immunization received. No consultations are provided on the phone or via email.
The Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County does not bill insurance.
Persons 60 years of age and older are required to present a physician’s prescription before yellow fever vaccine can be administered.
