Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Breast Cancer Awareness Month, observed every October, plays a vital role in educating the public about breast cancer, its risk factors, and the importance of early detection. This annual campaign encourages individuals to get screened and promotes research funding to improve treatment options.
Our Breast Cancer Early Detection Program provides no-cost breast cancer screening exams, including mammograms, to women who are 50 to 64 years of age, low income, and uninsured or under-insured.
