
It’s March, and spring break season is in full swing in the Sunshine State. Whether relaxing on our sandy beaches, enjoying the nightlife, visiting a theme park, or taking in some spring training baseball, here are some tips to help make your trip and enjoyable one:
- Protect yourself from the sun with a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF-15 or higher), broad-brimmed hat, and protective clothing to cover up when you have had enough sun.
- Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
- Wear insect repellant to avoid mosquito bites.
