NATIONAL HIV TESTING DAY BRINGS NO-COST TESTS TO DOH-PINELLAS ON JUNE 25
June 17, 2021
Everyone from the ages of 13 to 64 should be tested at least once for HIV, with those at higher risk recommended to test each year.
National HIV Testing Day is on June 27, but DOH-Pinellas is providing a great opportunity to get no-cost tests two days earlier on Friday, June 25. Testing can lead to an early diagnosis and treatment of HIV. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), one in seven people living with HIV in the U.S. don’t know they have it.
Come to a Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County (DOH-Pinellas) clinic for a no-cost HIV testing, information and more that day to protect yourself.
Know your status by getting a no-cost HIV test from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, June 25, at these DOH-Pinellas centers:
- St. Petersburg: 205 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N.
- Pinellas Park: 6350 76th Ave. N.
- Mid-County (Largo): 8751 Ulmerton Rd.
- Clearwater: 310 N. Myrtle Ave.
- Tarpon Springs: 301 S. Disston Ave.
