Free Vision Screening Upcoming Dates: October 1 November 5 December 3 Time: 9am—12pm Location: Pinellas County Health Department 205 Dr M.L.K. Jr St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 Our Mission is Your Vision!  Open to adults who are patients enrolled in the Pinellas County Health Program (PLEASE BRING BLUE CARD) and low income, uninsured adults who qualify.  Assistance provided for glasses and exams to those who qualifywww.pvfla.org (813) 874-2020

Preserve Vision Florida provides free vision screenings for adults who are patients enrolled in the Pinellas County Health Program (PLEASE BRING THE BLUE CARD) and low-income, uninsured adults who qualify. Assistance provided for glasses and exams to those who qualify. Preserve Vision Florida will also provide free vision screening for children.
